    1. Having blood sugar issues, I love this idea to cut back on all the sugar in frosting. So often the frosting is way too heavy. I would prefer to “go naked.” lol

    2. @SD – LOL! Yeah, I’m not a big fan of icing either and especially not fondant which is what many elaborate wedding cakes have so going naked is a nice option for couples.
