The Villas at Aquamare
Earlier this year – while Triple B was still in the womb – I accepted a wonderful invitation to visit the British Virgin Island of Virgin Gorda and stay at the exclusive Aquamare resort. I’ve done my fair share of traveling but Aquamare is on a different echelon from anything I had ever experienced. My dear cyberfriends, in a word the place is sick.
Lounge in paradise
I’m not even sure where to begin. Virgin Gorda itself is simply a gorgeous island and void of the commercial feel of hairbraiders on the beach and McDonald’s or Starbucks franchises that have plagued much of the Caribbean.
