If you read my Valentine’s Day post, you’ll know that I recently got an iPhone 4. Contrary to popular belief, I didn’t get it solely for the apps. I loved my BlackBerry, but I grew tired of its lack of functionality. I can’t lie though, the apps on the iPhone are fantastic, especially the wedding planning apps. Smartphone apps are worth considering and can help you reduce your wedding planning stress. The good news: If you’ve got an iPhone, there’s an app for that! More than enough. This was a tough post to write. But when I made the decision to share my wedding plans here on Triple B, I knew I’d have to share all of it: the ups and the downs. I had to remove one of my bridesmaids from my bridal party. It is definitely one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. It had nothing to do with the usual transgressions such as a bridesmaid cheating with the fiancé, being unresponsive or demanding. Mine was a situation that took me completely by surprise.

Still searching for last minute gifts? Me too! I’m the biggest procrastinator when it comes to holiday shopping. This year it’s even worse — I can’t help but notice all of the lovely gifts for my bridal party, mom and future mother-in-law. Sigh. Christmas is just days away. After perusing the Internet, I found a few inspiring ideas I had to share. There’s something for everyone: the bride-to-be, bridesmaids, future mother-in-law, or future step-child. And don’t worry guys; I’ve even got something for you. How do I know they’re perfect? Because they’re all on my wish list. One thing that isn’t: household items. I hope my fiancé is reading. Sean, your joke about giving me a pot set for Christmas wasn’t funny. A pot set? Seriously? Guys make comments like that and wonder why they’re in the doghouse… Anyway, I digress.
