Guess who the latest bridge designer line is to go the bridal route? Bebe! That’s right, joining their peers J.Crew and many other mall faves Bebe will soon offer gowns for those preparing to say “I Do”. Now you can grab a sexy top to wear for date night (or the club!) under the same roof as your wedding dress. All jokes aside, this is a smart move for the retailer and any resource that offers brides-to-be more affordable options is cool with me. Bebe is scheduled to introduce the full bridal collection later this month (March 2012), and retail prices range from $950 to $2,500. The twenty-something favorite tapped Project Runway alum Rami Kashou to design the line, which he calls modern, elegant, and “a little something for every type of bride.” The collection will also feature bridesmaid dresses, shoes, jewelry, fascinators, veils, and gifts—all of which will be sold at select Bebe retail stores and on their Web site.
