While at the “After I Do” event I hosted earlier this month, I discovered a neat new resource that’s perfect for the creative and sentimental bride and groom. Personal Wrapping Paper is one of those things that makes you say to yourself, “Why didn’t anyone think of this before?!”
The process is pretty simple: You pick a design (I’m feeling the sepia!), upload your photos, pay at checkout and then the bespoke paper is delivered to you. This paper is ideal for any of the following: wedding favors, bridal showers, bachelorette parties or unique reception centerpieces. Personalized black and white rolls are $35 and color rolls are $65.
I imagine that those who are really crafty can figure out a way to do this themselves. However I thought Personal Wrapping Paper was a cool little find for others who are too busy or just not the DIY-type. This is especially nice as a gift for a couple; but then again I’m a sucka for anything personalized. If you reach out to PWP, be sure to mention Triple B sent ya!
Would you purchase Personal Wrapping Paper for yourself or a gift? Why/why not?
I like the look of the paper but would hesitate to purchase. Mainly because, in my opinion, it would be discarded adding to the landfills. Unless of course it is repurposed. That aside, receiving a gift wrapped in this product definitely sends the message that the recipient is very special.
I think it looks great. Unfortunately, I also think it would often be wasted. It is something I must ponder…but I love the idea.
@SD & EJ – I hear ya both.
