Knickers, anyone?

When I learned of TheEnclosed.com recently, I knew I had the share this find on Triple B. What woman wouldn’t fancy receiving a new, different pair of sexy undies in the mail every month? This subscription-based service, founded by Columbia Business School graduate Antonia Townsend in November 2013, does just that!

TheEnclosed.com essentially works like this: Every month the company selects from a range of luxurious, elegant panties sourced from around the world, featuring top brands from France, Italy, the UK, as well as leading innovative American designers. The finest materials like lace from Calais, France are incorporated into the designs. From g-strings and thongs to boyshorts and tangas, a wide assortment of styles are available.

Orders can be placed for a one-time gift to an entire year of sweet treats (all styles are named after desserts!). Each panty arrives to the recipient in a neat little keepsake box that can be customized for a special occasion. Oh and there’s even a specially curated bridal section — perfect since I think these subscriptions make awesome gifts for brides and bridesmaids.

The damage? Well, it isn’t cheap when you compare to resources like Victoria’s Secret (which has never steered me wrong). The least expensive order at TheEnclosed.com will set the giver back fifty bucks. But I think this is such a novel idea and worth the splurge for a worthy recipient who loves lingerie.

[Confession: I enjoy using words like “fancy” and “knickers” because it reminds me of my stint living in London. Hee, hee.]
