Those darn Brits…They gave us fish & chips, Topshop and now the Bridal Collection from Matthew Williamson! (They’re responsible for a bunch of other not-so nice things too but I digress.)

Officially launching on Tuesday of this week, the 12-piece well-edited collection of wedding dresses (and a couple fur shrugs) from the famed British designer ranges from flirty frocks to long, flowing gowns. Remember how I raved about his green bridal creation for R&B singer Kelis? Well, these gowns are significantly more tame than hers was but definitely still have the designer’s edge and exquisite detail. According to Women’s Wear Daily, wholesale prices will start at $1,400 and go to $3,300 so expect retail to be slightly more than double those figures. These dresses are probably not for the masses but they’re definitely great bridal eye candy.

Oh and speaking of talented Brits, have a look at these delicious creations from Sarah Burton who is now the head honcho over at Alexander McQueen! Can’t you see Rihanna sporting one of these numbers on her wedding day?
